The 53rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company was held on September 20, 2011, had declared the Final Dividend at the rate of Rs. 2.15 per share of Rs. 1/- each on the paid-up Equity Share Capital of the Company for the financial year 2010-11 in addition to the Interim Dividend already paid @ Rs. 1.15 per share. The Final Dividend would be paid to the eligible members from October 14, 2011.
