CIRCULAR
The
Management is pleased to nominate the Chief Vigilance Officer of the
Corporation as the ‘Nodal Authority’ to receive complaints and
grievances, relating to any activity of the Corporation, from the
employees, vendors, customers and the general public, with immediate
effect.
2.
The
Chief Vigilance Officer shall personally entertain grievances and
complaints on all Wednesdays (and if Wednesday happens to be a
holiday, on the next working day) between 1500 hrs and 1700 hrs. The
CVO shall also keep record of the receipt and disposal of complaints
and grievances received by him.
